The terms and conditions detailed below are applicable to all transactions made on lampdesigne.co.uk. By using this site, the user is agreeing their acceptance of these terms and conditions. On placing an order, the user confirms their acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as lampdesigne.co.uk can take no liability for negligence when reading these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

In any case that these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, by an adept court of jurisdiction any condition shall be removed and the all other provisions shall continue.

The below terms and conditions are governed by the Law of England and parties hereafter submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.


Every purchase order made through this website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We retain the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. This includes the right to amend, remove or vary the content of anything displayed on the website, without notice.

The website user takes entire responsibility to read these terms each time they place an order.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Once an order has been placed, the website user assures their agreement of these terms and conditions and we will treat their order as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Description of Goods

All images and product descriptions displayed on the website are only for the approximate description of goods.

Product specifications may vary depending on supplier and should not be taken as an affirmative description of the product being sold. For detailed specifications the buyer should contact us either via e-mail or telephone, details of which are available under the ‘contact us’ page.

All product specifications have been gathered from accessible sources either by our suppliers or reliable public sources. LampDesigne’s intentions are that all information displayed is as accurate as possible. However, LampDesigne cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the information displayed within this website and will not take responsibility for any lack of accuracy.


All orders placed are confirmation of the website users acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Lampdesigne.co.uk may refuse an order for any reason.

Should the products ordered not be available, lampdesigne.co.uk will notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer will then be given the opportunity to either wait for the goods to return to stock, or cancel the order and be issued with a full refund within 28 days.

All orders are subject to availability.

Where more than one brand is advertised, we will supply our best buy at that time.

Payment and Price

The price of the goods will be clearly displayed on the products page within the website. This price is including of VAT, and does not include delivery charges.

The complete price, including delivery charges can always be seen in the shopping cart, before completing your order.

Once an order has been received, lampdesigne.co.uk will notify the buyer, by e-mail, the price and description of the goods ordered. This e-mail will also include information pertaining to the customer’s rights to cancel the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, details of which are displayed within the website.

Incorrect information may result in a delay with your order.

It is the customer responsibility to provide lampdesigne.co.uk with:

  1. accurate card details

  2. an accurate billing address

  3. accurate contact details (telephone and e-mail)


Orders delivered throughout the UK will usually be dispatched and delivered within 5-15 working days once the order has been accepted by both parties and payment has been cleared.

Lampdesigne.co.uk takes no liability for the losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the delay in delivery of goods.

If we are currently showing no stock for an item you have ordered we will notify you and you will be given the entitlement to either wait until they return to stock, or cancel the order and receive a full refund within 28 days.

Delivery will be made to the address detailed by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that arrangements are in place to take delivery.

Any Breakages must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with pictures supplied via email when requested.

Cancellations and Returns

  1. The customer may cancel the order at any point prior to dispatch after contacting lampdesigne.co.uk.

  2. Should the customer wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch, payment shall be refunded in full within 28 days.

  3. The customer should inspect the products upon receipt and notify lampdesigne.co.uk within 3 days should the goods be faulty or damaged.

  4. Should the customer fail to notify lampdesigne.co.uk within 3 days, the customer will be judged to have accepted the goods

  5. It is entirely the responsibility of the customer to notify lampdesigne.co.uk should they receive any incorrect products or a shortage of products, within 3 days of acceptance of delivery.

  6. It is at the discretion of lampdesigne.co.uk whether a replacement or credit will be issued.

  7. If goods have been ordered incorrectly, we will deduct the cost of postage from your refund.

  8. Articles can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the original undamaged packaging, a copy of invoice must be enclosed. Exceptions are special and bulk orders that are not mentioned as such on our website. Refund of the purchase amount takes place when the article(s) are received by lampdesigne.co.uk in the original, undamaged packaging, and at least 30 days after receiving the shipment from lampdesigne.co.uk

  9. The amount due to be refunded will be credited back to the same method of payment that was used when the order was placed.

    In case of returning an item please contact lampdesigne.co.uk in order to be provided the relevant information. Once you have liaised with lampdesigne.co.uk you will receive a return label which will be emailed to you.

  10. Customer is responsible for any returning costs.

In case of broken articles please consult our warranty conditions below. Returned shipment without a correctly filled out return form and an enclosed copy of the invoice shall not be dealt with, and therefore cannot be reimbursed. Please also ensure you correctly fill out the Sort Code and Account Number of the account you would like money refunded to, on the return form which can be found on our page in "Returns" folder.


All article(s) receive a two-year warranty on purchase (excluding light bulbs). lampdesigne.co.uk guarantees that all delivered article(s) live up to the required demands of existing governmental regulations and protocols; and that the article(s) are delivered in new and working condition. If during normal use of the article it fails within the 2 year warranty, lampdesigne.co.uk will repair the article free of charge or replace the article after inspection.

Cases of damage will only be dealt with if lampdesigne.co.uk receives notice within 3 days of the buyer receiving the article(s). If the article(s) are damaged and the complaint is upheld by lampdesigne.co.uk, the shipping costs for returns are borne by lampdesigne.co.uk. It is lampdesigne.co.uk responsibility to determine whether any article(s) are under warranty, and how best to repair and ship the return or replacement. Postage free return shipments are not accepted by lampdesigne.co.uk, any costs arising from this method being used, are the responsibility of the customer.

If you return any article(s) for repair or replacement, you will need to send them in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice and a filled out return form with a description of the complaint to:

Any article(s) returned without the required return form and a copy of the invoice, will not be dealt with. Please go to "Returns" folder to download additional informations.

The warranty will not apply in the following circumstances:

  1. Item(s) damaged due to negligent maintenance

  2. Item(s) altered by a third party

  3. Invoice date was altered or made illegible

  4. Item(s) damaged by improper or inaccurate use (e.g. by not following the instructions in the user manual)

  5. Item(s) damaged intentionally or due to gross negligence

  6. Item(s) damaged by external factors such as adverse weather conditions (e.g. lightning strike)

  7. Item(s) became overheated after exposure to central heating or another heat source; or from using a higher wattage than advised

  8. Item(s) damaged after exposure to moisture, extreme heat, extreme cold or sunlight

  9. Any repair costs as a direct result of third-party damage will not be compensated

  10. Light bulbs are not included in the warranty
